How long until someone starts?

Most clients meet a short list within about a week and have someone onboarded within about two weeks. Timelines vary with the role and your interview pace.

What does the replacement guarantee cover?

As long as you have an active hire with us, we replace anyone who is not the right fit, at no cost. It is part of the relationship, not an add-on.

Can we run payroll or employ our hire directly?

Yes. If you would rather run payroll or employment on your side, that is fine, just tell us on the call and we will set it up that way. The vetting and the shortlist are the same either way.

Can we change the setup later?

Yes. You can move a hire onto your own payroll, or hand payroll and compliance back to us, as your team grows. Tell us where you are and we will make it work.

Do you only fill the roles you list?

No. The Talent hub shows our most common roles, but we can source almost any role. Tell us what you need and we will find the right person.

Where will my hire be based?

Every professional we place is based in the Philippines, works your core hours, and communicates in fluent English with real overlap with North American time zones.
