Once you’ve selected your ideal candidate, payment is made upfront at the start of each working period. Our rate is US$8 per hour, covering healthcare, payroll, and ongoing HR support. Unless there’s overtime or a major change in hours, your monthly invoice stays consistent—giving you transparency and ensuring our staff receive a stable salary.
